HOW TO PAY -

CHEQUE
Please make cheques payable to:
LFC HEREFORD

IMPORTANT: Make sure you tell us what the cheque is for, in writing (either on the back of the cheque, or a piece of paper attached to the cheque). We receive many cheques, and it is impossible for us to remember who has paid what.

Cheques should be handed over to Pete or Mark at Branch meetings, or posted/hand delivered to them.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
The Branch now accepts credit/debit card payments or bank transfers on-line

We use the 'Paypal' online payment system.

Payments can be made via the "members only ticket section" of the forum.
To make a payment, members should click HERE to enter that section, then follow the paypal link to complete the form.
Once you confirm your details, you will be taken to the PayPal website, where you enter your card details. The Paypal site is secure, and nobody at the Branch actually sees your card details. Paypal payments are as secure as any other online card payment system, so if you are happy paying for goods and services online, you should be happy paying the Branch via Paypal.

If you already have a Paypal account, you may log in and pay from your account, rather than completing your card details every time.

It is important that we know what your Paypal payment is for. We provide space on the online form for this - please use it to describe clearly what you are paying for.

We do make a 5% surcharge for Paypal payments. This is to cover the fees which Paypal charge the Branch (we will review these fees once the system has been running for a while). Consider this though: if you buy a match ticket online, directly from the club, you'll pay a £2.50 booking fee. If you buy a £34 ticket via the Branch, using Paypal, you'll pay a £1.70 surcharge, so you save money AND the Branch does all the work for you!

BANK TRANSFER (BACS)
We have not accepted bank transfers up to this point because we had no online access to the Branch bank account, and therefore could not see bank transfers until the next month statement arrived. We now have online access, so we will post the bank details here very shortly.
Please note that this is a new account, set up specifically for ticket payments. It is not the account that some of you were paying into last year.

If you make a bank transfer, you MUST PM Pete or Mark with full details - date, amount, reference and exactly what the payment is for.

CASH
This is our least favoured method of payment, but we will accept cash at the meetings if you can't pay any other way.
