Reminder that the minutes from the previous meetings they are published on our web site.

Ticket masters report –
Ticket applications for M’boro & Newcastle were taken tonight.
Nathan reminded members that they need to log onto .tv to check their applications as the ticket office do not confirm applications by return of email to Nathan.Instructions on how to use this section is posted in our ticket forum.

Kev Tong asked what our success rate was and Nathan responded with a figure of circa 50%.
This figure was higher for the first few months of the season but we had had less success recently.

Members were informed that a spare champion’s league ticket was posted on the forum but there were no takers.

Nathan/Mike to contact other branches for feedback on how the new ticket allocation has affected them.

Nathan will contact the ticket office regarding the new system and its faults

Some members made reference to recent poor seating positions at some games.
Nathan is now emailing Joan direct & not the ticket office to see if this will get us a better allocoation.

With no further ticketing issues, Nathan handed back to Mike.

Daniel Pugh is the mascot for the away game at Derby County & they managed to get an extra ticket from LFC so all the family are to go.
Hereford times have been approached and a picture & story will appear after the game.

Following a committee discussion and a vote it was agreed that in the event of any incident which triggers all or part of the insurance excess to be paid, then the club will fund up to an agreed limit of £100 of the total cost.
The balance (currently a maximum of £400) would be split evenly between the persons on the minibus. This includes non members travelling with us.
This rule was voted on by the members at the December’s meeting and was agreed by the majority.

Note: Baynhams insurance company cannot reduce the excess.

A list of outgoing expenses will be producing details what is and what not acceptable branch expenditure is. This will be put on the web site and below are some examples of what is acceptable (up to the agreed limit) -

Parking fines provided that was the only option to park in that place.
Damage whilst parked.
Any RTA regardless of fault. #
# If the insurance company can claim the cost back from a third party then the minibus users outlay and club funds expenditure will be reimbursed.
