Chairmans Welcome
The chairman welcomed all members.
He announced that the club was 5 years old this month.
Mike explained that this would be Roys last meeting due to a change of jobs but was carrying on the treasurers role at present.
Alternative venues were being considered and the committee will report back once these have been investigated further.

Ticket managers report
Fulham tickets had all been sold and the coach will leave Woodpecker square earlier at 8.30 a.m. to allow for Xmas shopping for those who wish.
The coach will stop at the Raven on the way as usual.

It will be attempted to apply for away tickets for those interested but these will be difficult to get hold of.

Applications will be made for Champions League home games for fan card holders only.
Those successful will have priority for future games and it is the fan card holder who retains the loyalty points. Due to recent problems payment for all non branch games will be required seven days in advance of the game.

Payment will be required at the next meeting for the Chelsea game. A list will be included on the forum of those who attend the Fulham game and it was requested that those wishing to attend the Chelsea game confirm this on the forum.

Other items.
Suitable guest speakers were discussed with a view to holding an event in Feb /Mar next year. Tommy Smith, Jan Molby & Jimmy Case will all be seen by committee members over the next few weeks.
A DVD will be awarded to Mark Clayton for the 10,000 post on the forum.
A Champions League savings club was discussed and further consideration to be given in the new year.
Volunteers were sought for organising a raffle at each meeting to raise additional funds for the club
