Chairmans Welcome
The chairman welcomed all members new and old. A brief history of the club was given and committee members were introduced.

Ticket managers report
The ticket manager informed the members that the four games for which we have been allocated tickets this season were Blackburn, Fulham, Chelsea and Wigan. Additional games will be applied for but no guarantees could be given.

The process for allocating tickets via the website was explained and emphasised that those not attending the meeting with payment would have their tickets re-allocated(allowances made for children/ wives).

Membership forms for fancards were handed out and it was agreed that all members should be in possession of a fancard for future ticket sales.

Collection of funds for membership renewals and Blackburn tickets were made on the night.

Other items.

The importance of the forum was highlighted and it was agreed that the suitability of content will continue to be monitored.

Reminder was given that alcohol is not permitted on the coach and anyone found in possession of alcohol will have their membership terminated.

Suitable venues and speakers were still being considered for a possible Sportsmans Dinner.

A raffle will be held at future meetings and a suitable prize is being requested from LFC.
