Chairmans report

The Chairman welcomed everyone and explained a committee meeting had taken place before this meeting to discuss the format of this years AGM, what the members will be voting on & the new committee structure.
Voting topics are -
New committee members
Player of the year
What night for the meetings
What venue for the meetings
Guest speaker .

The original date of the AGM clashed with England playing in Estonia and therefore the date has been changed to THURS 7TH JUNE.


Ticket managers report

Only one more match to go to as a branch.
The Champions league final.
Nathan asked for the 19 to deposit £100 into our bank account should we need to send of the money in advance of ticket purchases.

A discussion was held re the guest speaker & the favourite is now Rommie Whelan. This will be progressed after the CL Final. The date will be a Friday in September subject to availability.


This meetings turn out was poor so it was decided not to hold a raffle. The majority of members then went down the tennis club to see whop our CL final opponenets would be.
